MBV Trivia Night Registration Form 2024

 

Doors open at 6:00 pm.  Trivia games begin at 6:45.

Beer, wine and soft drinks are included. Please do not bring in any alcohol.

You are welcome to bring your own snacks.

We will have a Silent Auction, Heads/Tails, 50/50 Raffles, Lottery Tree Raffle, Mulligans for purchase and attendance prizes!

If you don’t have a full table of 8 people, we will match your group up with another group!
